About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse LPN to join our team at Diversicare Healthcare Services & Diversicare Ther. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and provide treatments to residents as per physician orders.
  • Observe and record residents' reactions to medications and treatments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Document all services provided, including changes in residents' conditions, and report to supervisors and attending physicians as necessary.
  • Provide education to residents and families regarding care, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing C.N.T.'s, assigning daily work assignments to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as an R.N. or L.P.N.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
