Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse LPN to join our team at St. Martin's in the Pines- A Diversicare Transitional Care Community. As a Treatment Nurse LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications, orally and by injections, to ensure accurate and timely treatment.
  • Provide treatments to residents per physician orders, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor residents' reactions to medications and treatments, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor and attending physician.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Document all services provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to provide education and support, promoting positive outcomes and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing C.N.T.'s, assigning daily work assignments to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and community standards.
Requirements
  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as an R.N. or L.P.N.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
