Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least three years of experience as a practicing physician, with a minimum of two years in a leadership or management role.
    • Proven track record of leadership, team building, and change management skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Hawaii medical license and Federal DEA registration.
    • Basic Life Support certification.
    • Two-Step Tuberculosis clearance.
    • Hepatitis B clearance via immunization records of 3 hepatitis B vaccines and a hepatitis B surface antibody blood test.
    • Proof of full vaccination and booster against COVID-19.
