We are seeking an accomplished Executive Leader to join a well-established international organization that is expanding its footprint in the United States. This role will be pivotal in steering the company towards its ambitious growth objectives in the US market and will play a crucial part in preparing for a potential public offering in the future.


The Executive Leader will provide strategic and operational guidance, ensuring alignment with the company's global vision while adapting strategies for the US landscape.

The individual will collaborate closely with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish and pursue long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies for the US division.

Experience in Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) is essential.
Proven track record in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) is required.
Experience in taking a company public is necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Fortune 501 to 2000 companies.
International experience is a must.
This position is primarily onsite but offers flexibility for remote work with 25% onsite commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Ensure the company's vision, strategy, and growth align with global objectives while optimizing for the US market.
  • Operations & Management: Oversee US operations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial activities of the US entity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Business Development: Lead and support the US sales and marketing teams, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the American market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with US clients, partners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Organizational Culture & Talent Development: Foster a positive culture within US teams, ensuring talent acquisition, training, and retention align with global strategies.
  • Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation within the US entity, ensuring alignment with broader innovation goals.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal standards and adherence to internal policies.
  • Communication: Act as the representative of the company to global teams, US clients, investors, and the broader public.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, President, or Senior VP with a strong background in managing P&L for large US companies.
  • Experience in Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) is required.
  • Proven track record in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) is essential.
  • Experience in an international company is necessary.
  • Background in Fortune 501 to 2000 companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience in taking a company public is required.
  • Strong understanding of the global technology services landscape, particularly in the US market.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth to over 100 million.
  • Exceptional financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to devise and execute strategic plans.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and a thorough understanding of US corporate governance norms.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
