Production Line Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Specialist to join our team at Sheffield Pharmaceuticals. As a Production Line Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting production goals, and maintaining a high level of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assigned tasks in the filling department, including packing, loading components into semi-automated/automated machines, basic inspection, and basic machine operation as directed.
- Conduct 30-minute inspections to ensure all quality procedures are being followed.
- Ensure production line is running to meet production goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Meet the company standard of speed working every position of the production line.
- Keep work area clean by performing 5S duties and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist with cleaning production equipment as needed.
- Responsible for scrap counts at the end of the assigned shift.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary assigned by Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow work instructions and accurately complete all required documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and throughout an entire shift.
- Excellent attendance record and commitment to being at work and on time for your shift.
