Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned tasks in the filling department, including packing, loading components into semi-automated and automated machinery, basic inspections, and machine operation as directed.
  • Conduct 30-minute inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure the production line operates efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Maintain the company’s speed standards by effectively working in all positions on the production line.
  • Keep the workspace organized by performing 5S duties.
  • Assist in cleaning production equipment as required.
  • Accountable for scrap counts at the conclusion of the assigned shift.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

We seek individuals who are ready to work diligently and embrace challenges. While specific experience is not necessary, we expect a commitment to quality work and a robust work ethic.
  • Excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in manufacturing - training will be provided. Previous experience is not required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions accurately and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance is crucial; candidates must be committed to punctuality for their shifts.
