Manufacturing Production Specialist

Position Overview:
The role involves producing goods by overseeing and fine-tuning the operations of the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up production machinery for optimal operation by adjusting equipment settings and assisting with transitions between different production tasks.
- Maintain accurate production records by completing logs, calculating statistics, and tracking the movement of materials, including deliveries and inventory.
- Ensure quality assurance by performing initial inspections and ongoing evaluations of the production process, documenting findings, and making necessary equipment adjustments.
- Support team members in their production duties by demonstrating effective operational techniques.
- Resolve production issues by troubleshooting process challenges, adjusting machinery, and reporting relevant data on production and quality.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain production operations, including managing raw materials and finished products.
- Foster a safe and organized workplace by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related tasks as required.
