About the Role

Meadows & Ohly, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role involves the processing of financial transactions, including invoicing and payment management. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage tenant invoices.
  • Process tenant rent payments and deposits.
  • Assist with collections and reconcile client bill-back accounts.
  • Monitor outstanding A/R reports and follow up as necessary.
  • Support bank reconciliation and monthly rent escalation processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field; and 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
