Key Responsibilities:
* Engage clients to find and maintain meaningful work
* Support clients in developing career goals and objectives
* Teach clients essential skills for job searching, including resume creation, job application completion, and interview preparation
* Collaborate with businesses to develop employment opportunities for clients
* Coach clients at their job site and provide guidance to ensure success and independence
Requirements:
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Valid driver's license and comfortable with travel within the community
* Monday – Friday, daytime hours availability (flexibility offered for part-time)
* Comfortable using technology for documentation and organization
