Job Title: Equipment Sales Representative

Overview:

Sonny's Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. As the primary interface between customers and the company, you will utilize your technical, communication, and industry knowledge to advise customers on business and equipment decisions using a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for car wash equipment and solutions.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales quotations and specifications for equipment orders.
  • Work with the CAD department, project management, service, and installation team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track projects and provide regular, consistent, and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Assist with site and equipment drawings, analyzing and coordinating with the CAD department.
  • Interface with customers and their design and construction professionals to coordinate the delivery of completed project drawings.
  • Travel to customer sites and trade shows as required.
  • Provide quotation(s) for ESM and directly to customers by preparing accurate pricing for a project.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, communicating with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of successful technical service, engineering, or field sales support experience, or 2+ years of outside sales of capital equipment or business-to-business value-add sales experience.
  • Industry-related experience preferred.
  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Ability to guide, direct, and provide technical expertise on products to colleagues and customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding and/or achieving goals.
  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to use strong judgment with knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.
