Job Overview

Candela Systems is a dynamic electrical contracting firm focused on energy conservation. We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support our 4 key stakeholders:

  • President (coordinate bid processes, manage calendars, arrange travel, track licenses, and schedule CEUs)
  • Vice President (handle HR tasks, prepare conference rooms, monitor PPE, and coordinate company trainings)
  • Finance Manager (process employee time sheets, file invoices, and enter accounting data)
  • In-house Project Manager/Project Team (manage project details, order permits, research equipment, and make travel arrangements)

Responsibilities also include maintaining office operations, such as ordering supplies, ensuring technology efficiency, and coordinating with vendors.

Training provided. Opportunities for advancement.

Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams, and One Drive required.

Highly organized and detail-oriented individual preferred.
