Compensation:
  • Starting salary of $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, plan, and manage all assigned projects while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Direct project activities to meet performance standards for quality and quantity.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation through ethical business practices.
  • Prepare project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to meet specifications and client needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to interpret and understand construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance company image.
  • Identify opportunities for future client and product expansion.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Understand fabrication and installation processes to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Estimation or Project Management.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in business software applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Strong ethical standards aligned with our Core Values.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is preferred.
