Role Overview: As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere while managing incoming calls and greeting guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and notify relevant personnel of their arrival.
  • Ensure the lobby area is tidy and inviting for guests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Sort and distribute mail appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Process payments for resident accounts and issue receipts.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile: You possess excellent customer service abilities and demonstrate flexibility, empathy, and reliability. While prior experience in assisted living or memory care settings is advantageous, all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with peers, visitors, and supervisors.
  • Able to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Capable of making routine decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to make decisions impacting the immediate department.
