Key Responsibilities of the RN MDS Specialist:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents, maintaining precise and current documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to formulate and revise care strategies.

  • Interact with residents and their families, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Submit MDS assessments accurately and punctually.
Qualifications for the RN MDS Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
  • Experience with MDS is essential.
  • Leadership qualities are preferred.
  • Serious candidates only.
  • Interest in working with the geriatric population.
