Responsibilities- Oversee a caseload of 6-8 individuals in center-based and home settings, providing comprehensive behavioral therapy and support.
- Manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to drive positive outcomes and improve quality of life.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements.
- Board Certified Autism Specialist (BCAS) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
