Role Overview: As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere when handling incoming calls and greeting guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and notify appropriate personnel of their arrival.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable for guests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the correct individuals.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Process payments for resident accounts and issue receipts.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
About You: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. While experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings is advantageous, all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Your Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with peers, visitors, and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions.
  • Capable of making routine decisions with minimal judgment.
  • Ability to make decisions that primarily impact the immediate department.
