Job Title: Lien Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lien Compliance Specialist to join our team at Viking SupplyNet.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review all new jobs setup and ensure compliance with Preliminary Notice requirements
* Monitor the receipt of lien services paperwork to ensure all notices were properly served
* Maintain the filing of all lien paperwork in the appropriate place
* Process lien waivers upon customer request and within stated company service standard
* Aid customers in questions regarding Viking policy regarding lien waivers, etc.

Requirements:

* Two years related experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and Office machines
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as some Customer Service experience
