Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the comprehensive recruitment process. This role involves collaborating with department leaders to ascertain their staffing requirements, sourcing potential candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Primary Duties:

  • Work in partnership with department leaders to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Advertise open positions through our applicant tracking system.
  • Identify candidates through various online resources.
  • Review applications and resumes to select qualified individuals.
  • Conduct interviews alongside hiring managers.
  • Assist in salary negotiations.
  • Engage in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Track HR metrics for recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
