Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and maintain grass using walking type or riding mowers
  • Trim hedges and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and walls using hedge trimmers, clippers, and other equipment
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment
  • Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth
  • Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
  • Water lawn and shrubs during dry periods
  • Pick up or cart away leaves, paper, or other litter
  • Remove snow from walks, driveways, roads, or parking lots
  • Spread salt on walkways and other areas
  • Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Knowledge of lawn equipment operation is desired
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
Pay Range

$14.00 Hour + SCA

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
