Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including heating, power generating, water, and electrical systems.

- Work under general supervision, with occasional guidance from senior maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years' experience in the general maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, mechanical systems, and buildings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
