Job Description

Cipriani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Implement new recipes and menu items, in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage waste reduction initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
