Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Kellari Hospitality Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious culinary professional to take on a key leadership role in our kitchen.

About the RoleThis Sous Chef position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, from food preparation to menu planning. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities- Prepare and design menus that showcase our culinary expertise
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard, presentation-wise and taste-wise
- Maintain a well-organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute food preparation, including menu planning and inventory management
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as required
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence across all dishes

Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably as a Sous Chef or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficient solutions and cost savings
- Familiarity with industry best practices, including food safety and sanitation protocols
- Working knowledge of computer software programs, such as MS Office and restaurant management systems
