About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to join our team at SilverCrest. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during transportation
  • Adhere to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies
  • Assist residents on and off the bus, as well as at their destinations
  • Collaborate with our Programming staff to facilitate outings and activities
  • Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the community's bus
  • Record all maintenance records for future reference

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least 2 years of bus driving experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CDL license is required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
