About the Role:

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business through our multiple product offerings. You will use your sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales and retain existing members
  • Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct insurance reviews and assessments to identify suitable products
  • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to recommend and issue policies
  • Engage with customers in-person and via phone to solicit new business and build relationships
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests

Requirements:

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Current Life Insurance Sales license
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-automated environment
