Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Field Service Representative to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of medical equipment.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and provide both phone and on-site customer support.
  • Verify and approve the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule.
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of performance, allowing Stryker to meet and exceed the company's financial goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior-level Field Service Representatives and Stryker Sales teams.
  • Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment.
  • Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacity.
