About the Role

TelevisaUnivision Local Media is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to excel in a hybrid work environment.

About You

We are looking for a strategic, motivated, and enthusiastic self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment. You should possess strong presentation and time management skills, as well as the ability to understand the importance of successful new business generation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop strong executive-level client and agency relationships and sell TelevisaUnivision's various platforms.
  • Emphasize relationship management between the client and station.
  • Develop client-specific pitches, attend client meetings, make presentations, and close sales.
  • Handle an active list and maintain and grow existing and new accounts.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and generate new leads, as well as qualify leads generated by support functions.
  • Attend promotional events and other client networking events.
  • Work in partnership with the support team on pre-sale/post-sale processes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in media sales at agencies and on the client side.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Matrix, and Wide Orbit Traffic.
  • Preferred experience in Vivvix and Strata.
  • Executive presence, heavy focus on research and business development.
  • Strategic, creative, analytical, and able to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing or previous advertising/media sales experience.
  • Must be willing to work in the office and virtually in the TU location.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a good driving record and a valid driver's license.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.

Salary Range: $80K-$90K + Benefits (Role is 100% commission based)
