Lead Our Team to Success

At DiFilippo, we're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our organization. As a leader, you'll be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service our existing client base with exceptional customer service.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring we meet our targets.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting on field activity using our CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
