Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals in servicing our existing client base and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals in servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
