Job Description:

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Vallourec USA Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop, edit, and distribute various content types, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and more, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and alignment with the company's voice.
  • Content Calendar Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution, and maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and brand-standard content.
  • Digital Presence: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to update website design, functionality, and user experience, monitoring website analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, and promotions, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights, and recommending continuous improvement.
  • Design and Social Media: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for marketing materials, manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications are consistent with the company's brand identity, tone, and messaging, planning and executing promotional materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and manage relationships with key vendors, supporting internal communications, miscellaneous activities, and ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years related experience; B2B marketing in Oil and Gas Industry a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences, strong organizational skills, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Tech Skills: Effective computer skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud a must; SharePoint a plus.
  • Language: Proficient command of English.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
