Job Overview

HCO Behavioral Health Services is a dynamic office environment that offers hands-on experience for students or recent graduates. As a Marketing and Administrative Professional, you will be involved in various projects, including general administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, client follow-up calls, and social media responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with answering calls, managing emails, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients.
  • Marketing Projects: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content, design simple graphics and visuals, and aid in data entry, document organization, and file management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members on day-to-day tasks, prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents, and ensure effective communication with clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program related to business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software, familiarity with social media platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, both verbal and written, flexibility, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
  • Hours and Location: 10-20 hours per week, with in-office work for a few hours each day, offering flexibility in scheduling.

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
