Your Mission
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and prioritize safety
  • Lifting requirement: must be capable of handling roll shafts (up to 50lbs or more)
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure order accuracy, quality maintenance, and proper documentation
  • Follow housekeeping protocols to maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area
  • Ensure all previously used equipment and components are cleaned and returned to designated locations
  • Verify bags to meet customer specifications
  • Learn the responsibilities associated with the Helper position
  • Check orders for correct materials
  • Complete weekly cleaning checklists
  • Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area at all times
Your Profile
  • Willingness to work 8 to 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shift schedule
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Self-motivation is essential for this role
  • Strong communication skills are necessary
  • Lifting requirement: capable of handling 50 pounds or more
  • Access to reliable transportation is needed
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be at least 18 years old
