Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support, to onboard new businesses and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to merchants and business owners to educate them on our payment processing services.
- Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
- Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency.
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
