Senior Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Data Analyst Lead to join our team at Fontana. This role will play a critical part in the development, implementation and maintenance of sales data including customer data, product databases, sales reports and dashboards.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for CRM administration, including designing and maintaining customer and product datasets in various systems.
- This role also involves managing user and license management, as well as participating in CRM improvement projects and standardization actions amongst regions.
This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in Salesforce admin and light development duties, with a strong understanding of Office Suite software (Excel) and Google Suite software (Sheets and Slides).
- Design and maintain customer and product datasets in Excel, Google, ERP systems, Tagetik cloud-software, and within our CRM system (Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau environment).
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Salesforce light development, including dashboard construction, addition of data fields, page layout changes, filter views, dataset integration, configuration, updates, management, and reporting.
- Manage portions of the region's strategic plan, including data gathering, cleansing, organization, analysis, and report presentation to Leadership.
- Provide structure, process, and tools for input collection, migrate, and manage data within modeling tools, provide dataset outputs as needed.
- Manage and coordinate preparation of data for the company's annual budget, including training Commercial team on budget process, coordinating activities with other functional areas, and assisting in producing budget presentation to Leadership.
- Prepare data for bi-monthly workload process for review by Commercial/Finance/Operations teams in directing company's short-term forecast.
- Develop and maintain standard work related to this position with an eye towards process streamlining, error reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Act as liaison for Commercial Team to other departments (Finance, IT, etc.) for business process changes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- 5+ years of experience in analysis roles in sales, marketing, engineering, or operations.
- Subject matter expert experience with Salesforce admin and light development duties.
- Expert experience level with Office Suite software (Excel) and Google Suite software (Sheets and Slides).
- Proficient knowledge base working with ERP/MRP systems including item masters, bill of materials, and routings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
