Phlebotomy Specialist

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility in Canton, GA. This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients with minimal on-site supervision.
- Work independently with excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures, including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
- Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations with minimal notice.
- Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrate Superior Customer Focus, ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients.
- Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- 5 years of experience or more phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

- Pay Range: $17 - $21/hr
