Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

Are you a skilled phlebotomist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care? As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate lab results and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and create a comfortable, trusting environment.
  • Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples skillfully and accurately, following established procedures.
  • Specimen Preparation: Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input patient information and lab results into electronic systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
