Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection
- Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, including labeling and packaging
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and laboratory results
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or certification preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
