Direct Market Manager Opportunity

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Wyoming - Laramie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Growth: Begin as a solo operator with the opportunity to expand your team to up to five members, maintaining responsibility for territory management and team development.
  • Strategic Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal Partner locations within Wyoming - Laramie to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, providing in-depth training on product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, maintaining operational integrity and implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Reporting: Execute thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
  • Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
