Clinical Psychosocial Care Specialist

Job Summary
Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Cahill 4, a locked, 18-bed psychiatric unit serving adults with chronic mental illness and addiction. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping adults, age 19 and up, with acute and chronic behavioral health conditions such as schizophrenia, bi-polar and affective disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorder, and substance use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care.
Work at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.
Requirements
Current MA licensure as an Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site.
All newly hired candidates must successfully complete a job specific physical agility test.
