Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage service department accounts and territories
- Schedule and manage service crews to ensure timely and complete inspections
- Order maintenance supplies and perform minor equipment maintenance
- Utilize computer database to track and manage service projects
- Interact directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Requirements:
- General flooring and construction experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid State driver's license required
