Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and management teams
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and address talent management needs
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and employee skills
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR business management, with a focus on strategic talent planning, engagement, and retention
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Strong diagnostic skills and conceptual abilities
