Job Summary:

The Property Tax Billing Specialist will manage and oversee the Automated Billing System for property tax and business license billings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the automated workflows. This role will also monitor accounts receivable collections, follow up on outstanding invoices, and provide customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Automated Billing Operations: Oversee the automated billing process for property taxes and business licenses, ensuring that thousands of property-related transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Accounts Receivable Collection: Effective and timely follow-up of all outstanding direct billed property taxes and business license charges and invoices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and property tax-related questions.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related work experience in real estate, property tax, or accounts receivable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a four-year college or university is preferred.
What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $36.91 ($46,066 - $76,764). You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.

Our 401(k)-retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 6% of eligible compensation.
