OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering procurement and logistical support to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

This role will also involve

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
Collects products by overseeing production; loading and relocating items.
Organizes product storage by assigning storage locations; modifying storage areas based on production and shipping needs; updating location databases.
Prepares items for dispatch by confirming locations; directing movement to staging zones; troubleshooting issues.
Manages and monitors NCR materials with suppliers, including export and import processes.
Oversees customs clearance for importing and exporting shipments and coordinates freight management for imports.
Validates product inventory reports by reconciling logs and reports, making necessary adjustments.
Generates and tracks all required purchase orders.
Matches requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure adherence to procurement and supply protocols.
Records actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
Conducts inventory monitoring by performing counts as necessary.
Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities.
Maintains records and record systems utilizing the Client's RS Maintenance Management System.

Provides administrative assistance to ensure that municipal operations are conducted in an effective, current, and precise manner.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

TRAINING:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma / GED, with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to function in a workshop, high-pressure environment.
Must be a self-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills crucial for daily operations.
Must fulfill commitments and monitor daily tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in oral and written Spanish is highly desirable.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Must report all injuries or illnesses to their supervisor on the day of the incident.
Must report any identified unsafe conditions in their work area to their supervisor.
Must adhere to all Client's USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to them.
Must maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Must attend all required training as soon as possible before starting assigned work.

  • Must NOT operate any Client's USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so.
