Our commission-based compensation model empowers you to control your earnings. Agents have the potential to earn substantial income based on their performance. In 2022, agents who met the minimum sales production requirements earned an average income of $115,917. Individual performance will dictate income levels. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan and pension options.
