- Previous success in a customer service, client support, or related role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn and adhere to customer service policies and procedures, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Consistently reliable in attendance and performance, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Starting wage of $18/hr. with potential for higher based on experience.
