Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy, leading the annual budgeting process, and providing regular financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investors and analysts.
  • Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience working for a large global IT consulting and services company with a strong focus on digital transformation, IT outsourcing, and enterprise solutions across multiple industries.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience working within an IT consulting and professional services company that sells into multiple verticals.
  • Experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
  • Experience working with foreign currencies and multiple time zones.
  • Must have first-hand knowledge of India compliance and taxation requirements and interacting with India-based team members.
  • Experience working closely with a PE-affiliated Board.
  • Experience in comprehensive ERP transition, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
  • Experience working for a rapidly scaling company with revenues of $75 million and up.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
  • CPA and/or MBA
  • CFO experience with large IT consulting and professional services firms
