The HR Benefits Specialist will collaborate with the HR Director and CFO to manage administrative functions, benefits coordination, payroll support, and employee relations across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Director and CFO with various administrative tasks and other duties as required for all locations.
- Oversee benefits administration and payment processing.
- Provide payroll support as needed.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Support the CFO and CEO with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Maintain the ADP front page and ensure it is current.
- Develop and manage the company newsletter and communication strategy, including town hall meetings and other ad hoc gatherings.

Onboarding Coordination:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including preparation and distribution of paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with workspace setup.
- Arrange drug screening for new hires as required.

Employee Benefits Support:
- Assist with employee benefit programs, including enrollment, modifications, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefits.
- Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Scan and organize documents into appropriate employee files within the ADP system.
- Provide general support to employees as needed.

Performance Management:
- Aid in the administration of performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
- Respond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and general employment issues.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
- Organize employee and company events.

Payroll Support:
- Collaborate with the payroll coordinator to process payroll for all employees using the ADP Workforce Now platform, including entering new hires, terminations, and time and attendance data.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including pay rates, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information within the ADP system.
- Ensure that appropriate forms are filed for employee personal changes and company changes such as promotions and transfers.
- Generate and distribute payroll information and reports as scheduled or upon request.
- Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements within the ADP system.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and address payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the management of employee benefits, including health insurance deductions and retirement contributions within the ADP system.
- Generate payroll reports and provide data analysis as needed for management and accounting purposes.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing and reporting.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws, regulations, and ADP system functionalities to ensure compliance and best practices.
