Senior Regional Customer Support Specialist
In the role of Senior Regional Customer Support Specialist, you will collaborate with local Senior Experts across the EMEA region to deliver solutions for intricate technical challenges related to photovoltaic systems and their commissioning for our clientele.
- Address customer queries concerning Home and Business Solutions, as well as Large Scale Storage systems.
- Evaluate existing articles for a knowledge management platform and create new content as necessary.
- Design training materials for workshops at our branches and for partner/service providers throughout the EMEA region.
- Support local Senior Experts in executing essential training sessions.
- Record all customer interactions in our database system.
- Engage in continuous process and product enhancement by actively participating in collaborative workgroups.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise with a background in customer support and consultation.
- Proven experience in developing training concepts and educational materials.
- Familiarity with the photovoltaic sector, including battery systems and SMA products.
- Strong inclination towards customer interaction, with excellent consulting skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in English is required.
