Bartender - River Bar and Grill

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the River Bar and Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring a well-stocked bar.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, making change and balancing the cash register.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and management to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing situations and priorities.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old (18 years old for establishments serving only 3.2 beer).
- Experience: One year of experience in a high-volume, full-service bartending position.
- Certifications: Obtain an ABLE Certification.
- Skills: Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
