Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Food and Drinks: You will serve food and drinks to our guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
  • Answering Guest Questions: You will be able to answer questions posed by patrons, including basic ingredients in food, to help identify any possible allergy issues.
  • Table Maintenance: You will help bus tables to ensure that they are available for the next guest.
  • Communication: You will communicate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Promoting Casino Events: You will promote current casino events and programs to our guests and provide directions to all casino areas.
  • Closing Tasks: You will perform regular closing tasks, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness, and end-of-shift tasks.
Requirements
  • ABLE Certification: You must have a valid ABLE certification.
  • Cash Handling: You must be able to handle cash responsibly.
  • Math Skills: You must be able to calculate basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages, as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.
  • Language Skills: You must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Teamwork: You must have strong teamwork skills to support the success and enjoyment of our guests.
  • Previous Experience: You must have previous server or wait staff experience.
