Job Purpose: As a server, you will deliver food and beverages with care, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all guests. You will report directly to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve food and beverage items while ensuring they are at the correct temperature.
  2. Respond to patron inquiries regarding menu items, including potential allergens.
  3. Assist in clearing tables to prepare for the next guests.
  4. Maintain effective communication with wait staff, management, and kitchen personnel to enhance guest satisfaction.
  5. Promote current events and programs within the establishment and provide guests with directions as needed.
  6. Complete regular closing duties, including side work and maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess ABLE Certification.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Proficient in basic math skills relevant to cash handling and inventory management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork skills to contribute to a positive guest experience.
  • Previous experience in a serving or waitstaff role is preferred.
